Start Your Project

Send what you have. We review the current state first—no automated quote, and nothing is built until you approve a written scope.

Incomplete files welcome
Confidentiality discussed first

After the first review, you receive:

  • what we understand about the current board or files;
  • what is missing, uncertain, or needs a decision;
  • the next practical build step and the evidence needed to approve it.
Start Your Project

Two short steps, then a person reads it

Step one describes the project. Step two tells us who you are and how to reach you. Incomplete files are fine — the first reply tells you what is missing.

Before you start: what to have to hand
What you already have
Gerber files, a BOM, photographs, a sample board — or just a description. Any one of them is enough.
What you need next
A build, a test, a redesign, a rebuild, or "tell me what this needs".
Rough quantity
A range is fine. It sizes the approach; it is not a commitment.
What counts as a pass
If you know it already. If not, it can be settled during the review.
Files
This form does not upload files. They travel as email attachments after the first reply.
Your project goes straight to the team. Submitting this form emails it to us and shows a reference number — keep it for the reply. This form sends text only. There is no file control here: drawings, Gerber and BOM files travel as email attachments after the first reply. Prefer email? Write directly to info@pcblaunch.com.

Step 1: your project
Target quantity
Project sizing only. These are judgement ranges for scoping, not a fixed site-wide minimum order.
Plain words are fine. You do not need PCB terminology for this.0 / 2000
Files are not uploaded hereThis form sends text only. After the first reply you send drawings, Gerber and BOM files as email attachments; board photos can go to info@pcblaunch.com right away.

What happens after you send

A person will review your material and reply with missing information or a scoped next step.

Review by a person, not an automated quote.
Reply with gaps, risks and a first scope.
No build until you approve scope, price and test coverage.

Is this a fit?

Strong fit

  • Existing board, production files, demo or prototype
  • PCB / PCBA prototype builds
  • Testing, debugging and documented revision
  • Small-batch and repeat production
  • Projects intended to continue into physical manufacturing

Reviewed individually

  • Higher layer-count boards, including 6-layer and 8-layer designs, where stack-up, impedance or yield needs individual review
  • RF, high-speed digital or FPGA work
  • Complex firmware or a dedicated test fixture
  • Safety-critical requirements such as medical, automotive or certification work
  • Urgent schedules, or acceptance criteria that are not defined yet

These projects are reviewed individually before scope, responsibility and test coverage are confirmed.

Rather email us?

Send the same details to info@pcblaunch.com with your files attached. Files are never uploaded by this form.

This form records your project and emails it to the team. It does not upload files, and it does not produce a price. A person reads it and replies.

After you send

What comes back, and how files are handled

Step 01

A reference number

Shown on screen and kept for the reply. It identifies your enquiry; it is not a quote reference.

Step 02

A person reads it

Not an automated quote. The reply lists what is missing or unclear, or proposes a first scope.

Step 03

Files by email

When files are needed, they travel as attachments in reply to that message — never through this form.

Step 04

Nothing starts before approval

Scope, price and test coverage are confirmed in writing before any fabrication, sourcing or assembly.

If you would rather not send files yet

Three ways in, in increasing order of detail

Describe it

A paragraph about the board, what it should do and what is going wrong.

Use this form

Photograph it

Both sides of the board, straight on and evenly lit, plus the connector side.

Prototype path

Talk about coverage first

Confidentiality can be discussed before anything detailed is exchanged.

How files are handled

Already sent something?

Keep the reference number the form returned. A written reply goes to the email you left; reply to that message to add anything that was missing — files travel as email attachments, not through the form.
